On February 28, 1997, a shootout in North Hollywood occurred between 2 gunmen and the LAPD, resulting in the deaths of the 2 gunmen and 20 total injuries, both being civilian and officers. One of the injured, Mildred Nolte, was a part of KHS and reported the incident. Thus, we have to place it in our reports.
