[June 18, 2035.] [18:00, ON HORNET ST, KOALAMPIA BLVD.] A small group of about 25 begins gathering. [18:05, HORNET & KOALAMPIA.] The group begins chanting "KHS, let them go!" ('them' referring to the hempatic taramocious species.) [18:09-18:22] The group triples, becoming a small crowd of about 80. [18:25] The crowd approaches the Jamison Richmond Park to hold their protest. [18:27 JAMISON RICHMOND PARK.] A protest is officially identified. [18:29 JR. PARK.] KHS sends 26 KSPD soldiers to close off streets surrounding Jamison Richmond Park. [18:34] The KSPD soldiers arrive and begin setting up traffic cones to ensure no traffic comes through the surrounding streets. [18:35] The crowd, now about 150 individuals, notices and begins chanting "don't close us off". [18:41] KHS officially recognizes this crowd as an antikoa protest and sends 54 more KSPD units, 10 HDUCKS (High Defense Units Courtesy of Kolampic Services), and one helicopter unit to hover over the situation. [18:47] The units arrive on scene and are met with backlash from the crowd. [18:56] Units are commanded to encircle the crowd and ensure no violence occurs. [19:02] The units manage to form a very loosely connected boundary around the protesters. [19:06] One protester begins shouting at Richard Pavillon, an officer of the KSPD. [19:08] Richard Pavillon is stabbed with a switchblade. [19:09] KSPD officially recognize the protesters as rioters and a public safety threat. Orders are made to arrest anyone within the boundary. Arrests begin. [19:10] The rioters begin attacking officers with fireworks, makeshift firearms, chemical weapons, and blades. 18 more KSPD units respond to the event within 30 seconds. [19:11] 12 arrests have been made. A large amount of the crowd has begun fleeing while attacking soldiers and officers. [19:14] A public safety warning is issued. [19:15] Live ammunition is introduced to disperse the crowd further. [19:20] The crowd is completely gone. [19:56] The public safety warning is called off.
